Participants can easily reach the venue by MTR via the Tung Chung Line. Alight at Tsing Yi MTR Station.

Wheelchairs participants are welcomed to join the 1KM Fun Run. Wheelchair participants will be escorted to the starting point by the race officials. The event will not be delayed due to on-site wheelchair adjustments.

No. You should have your official bib attached to the front of your T-shirt upon arrival at the Assembly Point for identification. The Officials will be authorized to check your entry validity. You may deposit your baggage on site and then proceed to the Starting Zone.

No bib will be distributed on the event day. Runners are responsible for safekeeping of their gear pack and bib as these items will NOT be reissued. If you forget to bring your bib, you will be disqualified and will not be allowed to join the race. In addition, race bibs are non-transferrable.

No. Please note that both bib and timing chip are non-transferable. You must NOT transfer your bib and the timing chip to another person and participate in the race, or both persons will be disqualified. Amongst other potential problems, doing so may cause problems of identification for the event medical services in the case of any accident or injury.

Yes, the Organizer will provide free baggage storage service. Please store your baggage at least 20 minutes before the race starts. There may be queues at the baggage area, please allow sufficient time to complete bag drop. Please do not bring any valuable belongings. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred. You must collect your baggage before the counters close at 12 noon.

Water stations and first-aid stations are located near the starting, midway and finishing points of the race.

You may use the toilet facilities located at the starting and finishing point.

Winners must attend the on-site Prize Presentation Ceremony at 10:45-11:30 a.m. to receive their awards and prizes.

The list of winners can be found at the finishing point on the event day. Runners can check their results on the runner dashboard starting from late December 2023.

All finishers will be able to download an E-Certificate of Completion on the runner dashboard at run.lifewire.hk 2 weeks after the event.

T-shirt and triangle scarf sizes are provided on a first come first served basis and subject to availability. The Organizer does not warrant any size requests.

1. Before starting your run, install a running app to record the time, date, and the route.
2. From 8 December 2023 – 8 January 2024, wear your bib number and complete the run.
3. Upload valid running records (screenshots) to the registration system before 8 January 2024:
   1. Login to Runner Dashboard
   2. Click Upload Result at the Race Registration Page
   3. Enter the completion time and date. (the contact person is responsible for inputting the information of all team members simultaneously)
   4. Upload running record (screenshots) that clearly indicate completion time and date. Each file cannot be larger than 1MB
   5. Click "Confirm" to complete the submission

You can use any application capable of recording the time and distance of your run.

The Organizer only accepts running records within the indicated period: 8 December 2023 – 8 January 2024. Records before and after the specified date will not be accepted.

Participants may bring their pet to the event at their own discretion. Participants are responsible for looking after their pet. The Organizer will not be responsible for any accident or loss incurred.
